About The Sound Bath Meditation
A sound bath meditation is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience that uses various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing sound tools to create a meditative environment. At The Noble Touch Holistic Healing Center, we take it to the next level by incorporating a one on one energy healing session.
During this special night of healing, participants can lie down or sit comfortably while the soothing sounds wash over them, creating a sense of calmness and inner peace. As this happens, each participant will have an energy healing practitioner working on reblancing their chakras.

The sound bath Healing at The Noble Touch, this January for the open house events was absolutely amazing!
It was EVERYTHING my body needed and wanted!
Not only did I have the pleasure & honor of being blessed by sound healer Jinah (who had all of my favorite sound healing instruments, crystal bowls, a theta drum, a gong, & a swinging bar chime! Absolutely amazing 🤩
I had the double blessing of having Pranic healing done by the other amazing TNT healers at the same time!
My body was calm and at peace and at the same time enlivened and appreciative. I’m looking forward to the next one and I know many other people are also!
